By creating an account or using Lucid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Lucid is an AI-powered companion application designed to assist users with mental wellbeing, focus, and communication tracking. It is not a replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including OTPs sent to your email). You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any local, state, or international law.
• Submit malicious content, malware, or spam.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the AI models or backend infrastructure.

5. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of Lucid are available via premium subscriptions ("Pro"). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Pricing is subject to change with notice.
