By downloading, installing, or using the Lucid app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Lucid is a cognitive training and wellness application. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
Lucid offers a premium subscription plan ("Lucid Pro") billed monthly. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
Audio recordings submitted for recitation analysis are processed solely for the purpose of evaluating your cognitive exercise performance. We do not use your audio for advertising or sell it to third parties.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Lucid Cognitive and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucid Cognitive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
